Job Title: Lead Test Analyst
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform testing activities of a more complex nature
- Ensure successful implementation of business solutions through testing
- Design, develop, and administer complex tests and evaluations
- Verify solutions meet stated requirements and specifications
- Lead test case generation and review
- Identify and document key test scenarios
- Review and sign-off on test cases
- Execute operational processes of high complexity and scale
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- Formal software testing training (e.g., ISEB, ISTQB CTFL)
- Advanced testing certified (e.g., ISTQB CTAL)
- +5 years’ experience as a Lead Test Analyst
- Extensive experience with manual testing and SQL
- Testing in an Agile environment
- Experience with API testing and automated tools (QC, QTP/Selenium/Test Complete/Robot Framework)
- Testing in a retail environment
- Automated test tool experience
- Expert knowledge of functional testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing
- Expert knowledge of structured test methods and processes
- Understanding of testing concepts and Agile development methodology
- Knowledge of systems performance testing and user acceptance testing
