TENDER NOTICE FOR: PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR POWER SYSTEM,TRICYCLES,PRINTING SERVICE EQUIPMENTS, AND STARLINK AND ROUTERS

Job Description

The Sierra Leone Red Cross Society invites qualified and experienced solar energy vendors to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a solar power system for its two-story office building in Freetown.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will conduct site assessment, design a suitable hybrid solar system, supply all required equipment, carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and provide staff training and after-sales support.

System Requirements

The proposed system must support a high-load office environment including air conditioning systems, IT infrastructure, servers, networking equipment, lighting, and refrigeration units.

• Vendors are expected to propose a scalable hybrid system (solar + battery + grid/generator backup) with remote monitoring capability.

Key Loads Include

• 22 Air Conditioners (12,000–18,000 BTU)
• 25+ Laptops and 10 Desktop Computers
• 20 Printers and 1 Large Format Printer
• Server System
• Starlink and Networking Equipment
• TVs, Freezers, and Security Lighting

Vendor Requirements

• Must be legally registered
• Proven experience in similar installations
• At least 3 references of completed projects
• Strong technical and after-sales support capacity

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

The Sierra Leone Red Cross Society invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete printing press facility.

Scope of Work

• Supply and installation of all printing equipment
• Staff training
• Testing and commissioning
• After-sales support

Required Capabilities

• Banner and billboard printing
• Document and flyer printing
• Garment and promotional printing
• Mug, cap, and bag printing
• Photo printing and framing
• Lamination and finishing services

Vendor Requirements

• Registered business
• Proven experience
• At least 3 references
• Strong technical support

Quality Specifications

The service provider shall comply with the SLRCS standards specifications, the National Standards Bureau, and National / International FDA laws.

Estimated Delivery Period

The supplier shall clearly provide the required estimated shortest delivery period (in days) of the above items in their offers.

Installation Condition

• The installation of each item is done by the supplier as stated in the delivery condition
• Warranty must be stated and guaranteed (at least one year)

Language

All documents, markings, and labelling shall be in English.

Cost Breakdown

• Unit prices and total prices should be segregated
• GST taxes are exempted
• Price should be net after deduction of any discount

Currency

All costs shall be fixed and firm in Leone (SLE) only.

Liquidation Damage Clause

Please be advised that delivery after the agreed schedule may be subject to a penalty from 3% up of the total cost value of the contract.

Payment

Within 30 days from date of invoice receipt and all supporting documents in good order by the SLRCS.

Validity

Your offer must remain valid until 20th April 2026 before which a Purchase Order, if placed, should be accepted by you.

All or None Clause

The SLRCS reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the supplier’s offer and the lowest evaluated bid will not automatically be accepted.
