Support Field Staff – Focus Agriculture and Nutrition

Job Description

This role involves supporting agricultural and nutrition-related projects within local communities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with rural communities and project beneficiaries
• Helping organize community meetings and awareness sessions
• Supporting farmers’ groups and nutrition activities
• Assisting with training and capacity-building sessions
• Collecting field data and preparing activity reports
• Supporting communication between communities and technical teams
• Helping coordinate project activities and field operations
• Conducting surveys and monitoring project progress

In simple terms, this position is highly community-focused. You will spend a significant amount of time working directly with people in rural areas to help improve food security and nutrition outcomes.
