In practical terms, your daily responsibilities may include: installing solar inverter systems for customers, responding to maintenance requests, diagnosing technical faults, repairing faulty systems, handling customer service issues, supporting warranty claims and product replacements, conducting technical training for customers and partners, maintaining accurate service records, preparing technical performance reports. The role also requires working directly with customers, meaning communication skills matter almost as much as technical ability.
