Job Description

Develop and implement M&E plans, frameworks, and tools Coordinate data collection, validation, and analysis processes Monitor project performance and track progress against indicators Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting Prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders Support program teams in integrating M&E into project activities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field, with at least 6-8 years of experience in M&E. They should demonstrate strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and tools. The candidate must possess excellent analytical and report writing skills, with high attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy. Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, SPSS, or STATA is essential. They should be able to work independently, support program teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
