We are looking for an experienced and engaging professional to join our team as a Senior Corporate Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with organisational goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Mentor junior trainers and support staff development initiatives
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in corporate training or learning and development.

They should have proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, and applying adult learning methodologies.

The candidate must possess excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in developing training materials and using e-learning tools is essential.

They should be a self-motivated professional capable of engaging diverse audiences, mentoring others, and driving continuous learning within the organization.
