Salary:                         Kes 50,000 – 75,000 p/m based on skills, experience, and qualifications

Bonus:                         Max Kes 30,000 per month

Maji Milele Ltd is a Dutch owned company that started operating in Kenya in June 2014. Maji Milele is specialized in Prepaid Water Metering solutions and we now introduce a new product: portable solar irrigation pumps https://www.water-forever.com/products-and-services/our-products/#portable-solar-irrigation-pumps. We currently look for a sales executive/manager with proven sales and market development skills.

Job description:

You are the lead person to develop the market for the pumps. You develop with the management a strategy to optimize sales to both, directly to small farmers as well as via other organizations (agri off-takers, Saccos and NGOs). Next to your main responsibility of pushing the pump sales, you will also support the promotion and sales of our prepaid water metering solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing after-sales support as needed and submitting regular reports to management

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, and Capacities

1.     Demonstrate a 3-5 years strong track record in sales success

2.     Excellent Communication and Reporting skills

3.     Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel

4.     Good Analytical skills

5.     Proven business development skills

6.     Team player, but can also work independently

7.     Ability to network and maintain linkages with stakeholders.

8.     Preferably below 35 years, however application is open for all

9.     Possession of a valid driving license is an added advantage
