People & Culture Officer

Reports to:

HR Manager

Location:

Kigali, Rwanda

Job Summary:

The People & Culture Officer will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs. The officer will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide support in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
