Grant and Compliance Manager Job Description Job Title: Grant and Compliance Manager Location: Sierra Leone, Freetown Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grant and Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing grants and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage grants from inception to close-out, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance Ensure compliance with donor requirements, including financial, administrative, and programmatic aspects Develop and implement grant management systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective grant management Collaborate with program teams to ensure grant requirements are met and compliance is maintained Provide technical assistance and support to program teams on grant management and compliance matters Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of grant progress and provide recommendations for improvement Develop and maintain relationships with donors and other stakeholders to ensure grant requirements are met and compliance is maintained Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or international development At least 5 years of experience in grant management, preferably in a similar role Strong knowledge of grant management principles, policies, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
