Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Program and Sponsorship to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our program and sponsorship efforts, developing and implementing strategies to achieve our goals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of program and sponsorship strategies to achieve our goals
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
• Develop and manage budgets and resources to support program and sponsorship efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program and sponsorship implementation
• Analyze data and metrics to inform program and sponsorship decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or international development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, sponsorship, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in leading program and sponsorship efforts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
