Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Program and Sponsorship to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our program and sponsorship efforts, developing and implementing strategies to secure funding and resources for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of program and sponsorship strategies to secure funding and resources for our projects
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies
• Develop and manage budgets, proposals, and reports to secure funding and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program and sponsorship strategies
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful program and sponsorship outcomes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in program and sponsorship management, preferably in a non-profit or private sector organization
• Proven track record of securing funding and resources for projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
