Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Support company’s policy in establishing competitive & fair pay structure
- Ensure accuracy in administration of employee pay benefit
- Adhere strictly to regulatory and internal laws and policies guiding compensation & benefit
- Maintain accurate staff data
- Demonstrate knowledge in data analytics using spreadsheet or other office package
