- Determine and document business requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather functional needs
- Facilitate discovery workshops and user story creation
- Collaborate with product management, UX, technology, and support teams
- Groom user stories and map them cohesively
- Participate in iteration meetings and review sessions
- Obtain sign off during iteration reviews
- Manage stories in a defined tool and assign to epics
- Support prioritisation and estimation for the Product Owner
- Review Minimum Viable Products and provide business value insights
- Analyse business processes for improvement opportunities
- Review user stories with the Product Owner strategically
- Capture and keep business and data rules up-to-date
- Design and implement automated solutions within constraints
- Test systems and user acceptance, implementing changes
- Ensure all testing protocols are adhered to
- Provide acceptance tests from acceptance criteria
- Produce acceptance tests from test cases
- Collaborate with Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Project Manager
- Facilitate implementation of new or enhanced processes
- Own systems, user acceptance testing, and implementation of changes
- Investigate and define requirements for business processes
- Provide input to documentation of requirements including data modelling
- Test systems and user acceptance
- Collaborate with the team to deliver on backlog
- Wear different hats: designer, tester, facilitator, product owner, etc.
Responsibilities

Qualification
- 3 to 8 years exp in business apps & exposure to IT functions
- Experienced in business and data analysis, solutions design & testing, data modelling
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
